-Unwrap your flowers from their paper (all packaging is recyclable)

-If your flowers arrive in an aqua-pack then remove from the aqua-pack within 24 hours of delivery 

-Cut your stems at an angle and place in a clean vase with fresh water. Use the flower food provided

-It is recommended to change your water and re-cut the stems every 2-3 days

-Remove faded blooms as necessary and make sure all leaves are out of the water.

Place your flowers away from direct sunlight, radiators and draughts. Flowers will last longer in a cooler room, 

Avoid placing your flowers near extreme heat, cold, fruit bowls and candles. By taking these steps it will impove the longevity of your flowers.

Your flowers should last at least 7 days if you follow these steps.

Hat boxes

-Carefully part flowers and water the foam every 2-3 days

-Once all flowers have faded then please recycle the hatbox. The foam is bio foam - it has to go in your black bin but decomposes a lot faster than original floral foam.

In the rare event that you're not happy with your flowers then please contact Lucy's blooms as soon as possible with a photo of your flowers.  

Exchange/refund will be at Lucy's Blooms discretion and will not be available unless the original flowers are returned for inspection.
